Where an offer requires information from you, such as a link, access or an intake form, delivery timelines begin once I've received everything I need.

Services are provided on business days. Timelines stated in business days do not include weekends.

Any offer with a time limit for use, such as a set number of sessions or reads, must be used within the period stated on its sales page. Unused portions expire at the end of that period.

I never make changes to your live website unless the offer you purchased states that I will.
